  • "Walked in on a lazy Sunday afternoon several weeks ago to check out the Piaggio BV 350 they had on-hand and ended up spending 2 hours talking to Art and Sean bikes, life, ans what-not. Told them my time-frame for trading in my scooter for the BV and was happy to experience no pressure whatsoever. Fast forward to last week when I was ready to get the ball rolling and I contacted the shop via Email in the morning. Craig responded and after a few exchanges we had the basics worked out and the next day I brought my trade into the shop. I did have to wait for another customer who had arrived ahead of me but that's no one's fault. After a bit of paperwork I was out of there with my new BV 350! Thanks to the team, Sean, Art, Craig, and Kristina. This was one of the smoothest motorcycle purchases I've every made... right up with the last Italian bike I bought a few years back (something about the Italian bikes, I guess)."

    Alex, Las Vegas, NV

  • "Best purchase ever"

    Aaron, Las Vegas, NV

  • "Had a fantastic experience with Art Vargas when I rented a Trophy at Freedom Cycle! He was friendly, helpful, and stayed late so I could return the bike after getting stuck in traffic. Thanks again, Art!"

    Shannon, Lincoln, NE

  • "Bought a used Tiger 800. Craig was upfront about everything and he was super nice to work with. He expects the purchase of the bike to be like riding a motorcycle: fun. Kristina made the paperwork easy and without pressure. She is one of the most knowledgeable young women in motorcycling in Vegas I have met. The best motor vehicle shopping experiences I have had."

    Ken, Las Vegas, NV

  • "Was looking for some hard bags and some jackets for my 800xc e-mailed Tiffany Bauer and she gave me a quote. She was very helpful and told me I needed to give her half down to start the order. Went there this Saturday to give her the money to start the order and was I surprised when we got there most of the stuff I wanted to order was already there that is what I call service. She is great we will do a lot more business with Freedom Cycles with employees like Tiffany it makes it a great place to shop and hang out."

    Jack, Kingman, AZ

  • "By far the best experienced when it comes to buying a motorcycle. Not only were they extremely helpful about ordering a particular bike, but when it needed service they came out and picked it up and had it back to me the next day. Easily five star service."

    Kent, Reno, NV

  • I recently purchased a grab rail for a 110th anniversary edition Bonneville. And i wanted to take the time to time and praise the overall service and knowledge that your employees have acquired. I originally dealt with Kristina Kelly with follow up from Tiffany Bauer. Ms. Kelly was very knowledgeable and even took the time to pull the part to make sure we were on the same page. It sure is a pleasure to talk with someone that knows what they are talking about and who takes the extra few minutes to make sure the customer is satisfied.

    Bill, Prescott Arizona

  • "Good folks.. Great bikes, (Triumphs). Glad I drove from CA to Reno to buy from Craig and the team. Very pleasant to do business with. Look forward to doing more. Highly recommend FREEDOM CYCLE, aka.......Reno Triumph."

    Dick Coloma, CA

  • "It is an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone in the dealership. I feel like the relationship is much more than business. When it is time to get another motorcycle I will only buy from Freedom Cycle. Thank you "

    Ed Reno, NV

  • "I've never in my life encountered a dealership that I have liked, until I walked in Triumph. Mark and the rest of the staff really made me feel comfortable with their honesty and professionalism. Not only did they cut me a great deal, it's the small things they do that make you appreciate them. For one thing, they remember your name and always make you feel like you are their first priority- something that many dealerships will never offer. "

    Timothy Chen Reno, NV

  • "OUTSTANDING service department!! Fast, reliable, least expensive service anywhere. These guys know what they are doing. I won't let any other dealership work on my 08 HD Ultra. I've been a loyal customer for the past two years and send all of my riding friends to Freedom Cycle."

    Richard Susanville, CA

  • "Everyone, I mean every single person, went out of their way to make me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door. They took the time to listen and ask questions on how I would be riding. From my first visit and every one subsequent, I felt like they went the extra mile to make you a safe and satisfied rider. The best decision I feel I have every made was walking in that door. Gentlemen, thank you."

    Jan Douglas Truckee, CA

  • "We bought another scooter from Freedom Cycle and were once again impressed by the outstanding treatment we received from James and the Freedom Cycle crew. I can't say enough about James' professionalism and total commitment to service. Freedom made us great deals on our trade in, new scooter, windscreen and case. After the purchase, Billy in the parts/service department delivered the scooter on his way home. The folks at Freedom are fair and will treat you right at the time of purchase and throughout the life of your vehicle. I highly recommend Freedom Cycle."

Brian and Michele Carson City, NV

  • "Just a quick note to say thank you. This was my first experience at a long-distance over-the-internet purchase and Freedom Cycle made it a good one. The 2009 Triumph America was delivered as promised and has met my expectations. The more I ride it, the more I like it. A special thanks to Brad and Mark for all their help. Their friendly, down to earth personalities help make doing business with Freedom Cycle a very pleasant experience. Thanks again for a square deal and best regards"

    M.A. Brannon Danville, Arkansas

  • "I hate this bike! Every time I get on my Triumph America I don't want to get off. I've only been able to put about 300 miles on this bike since I bought it on the 12th of April 2011 because of rain but I'm already in love with it. The guys at Freedom Cycle are great and put up with me for two years while I checked out all other bikes in the area. I guess they already knew they had the best bikes and lowest prices in town. I was the one that had to make sure, but they kept telling me I would be back and "they were right". Thank guys and I will do an update after I have a thousand miles or more."

    Jim Chilcoot, CA

  • "My experience in purchasing a mint condition 2008 Buell Ulysses from Freedom Cycle Reno was nothing short of exemplary. Mark Yuill was pleasant, funny, and made the entire process as stress free as possible. The bike was 100% as advertised - zero surprises or issues, and Mark even went out of his way to pick us up from the hotel (we did a fly and ride from out of state), drive us to the dealership, then even had us follow him to a recommended local restaurant. Perfect! I would have no qualms about buying my next bike from Mark and his great team at Freedom Cycle. "

    Scott Salem, OR

  • "My experience with the folks at Freedom Cycle has been excellent. I could not rate it any higher, from the sales team, to James, who made sure my tires were there when they said they would be, to the mechanic, Cory, who rearranged his schedule to accommodate me WHILE I WAITED for a major service that I'd forgotten was already overdue. These folks are the BEST! Old school attention to every detail, and to the satisfaction of every customer. You get treated like one of the family. I'd never go anywhere else, and they have my business from here on, no doubt. If you value service, this is the place to go, period! Thanks guys!!!"

    Anonymous South Lake Tahoe, CA

  • "I have been coming in for about two years now. Every time I come in I am helped in a way that is not seen anymore. The customer service from James, Stephanie and everybody else, is absolutely amazing. The work that Cody and the other tech's have done on my wife's and my bike has been 100% top notch. You guys are amazing... The attitude is welcoming and always warm, even if really busy there is always a greeting. Keep up the amazing work"

    Nate Fernley, NV

  • "I have always been treated very well when in the dealership and when I have contacted by email or phone. I have ridden motorcycles for 40 years and have tried many dealers and owned several brands of bikes. My purchase of a Rocket III was an excellent experience and the bike is without a doubt the best I have ever ridden or owned. That covers most US, European and Japanese machines that I have owned and/or ridden. I may not ever need to purchase another bike as I love my ROCKET!!!"

    Ken Redding, CA

  • "My first contact with this dealer was by a recommendation from a co-worker. Now 2 m/c purchases later I give the same positive recommendation to others. All my contact with this dealer has been happy and positive; a rare thing to find today. I like stopping in any time. The Triumphs are great motorcycles. I bought my Thunderbird here and believe it will be another in a long line of legendary Triumphs. Mark, Brad, James and all are top notch people. "

    Bob Sparks, NV

  • "I recently bought a Piaggio BV500 from Freedom Cycle in Reno. I am extremely happy with my buying experience. Craig was very knowledgeable about the Piaggio and was very generous with his time answering all of my questions. The environment was friendly and low-pressure. When I made the decision to buy the scooter, Craig and Mark made certain that the accessories I purchased were installed immediately. Craig even delivered the new scooter to my home and picked up my trade-in. These guys are A+."

    Brian Carson City, NV

  • "A friend brought me by the shop nine months ago just to look. Two months later I finally bought an America. Craig was fantastic and was a no pressure guy. My son bought a Daytona a few months later and we both have had great experiences with the whole crew. Mark, Brad, Craig, James and Stephanie are the best in the business. I had a problem with a helmet and Stephanie took care of it in minutes and got be back on my way. They got me in and out quickly for service when I made a bone head move and forgot to schedule. This shop is the best around. More like family and friends than business people."

    Rick Minden, NV

  • "I had a great experience buying my Triumph. Craig made it an easy, no pressure time for me. Thank you Freedom Cycle."

    Nathan, Fernely, NV

  • " After being off motorcycles for about 12 yrs, traveling through Reno on an errand in Sept of 08 I decided to drop in at the Triumph motorcycle shop in Reno. I had heard that Triumph was back in business and had introduced some new bikes, had no idea what I was in for. Upon going into the showroom I was impressed with all the new model bikes, only one caught my eye, the Rocket3. I went home and thought about what an unusual bike it was. It did not take long. A couple days later I went back and bought it, and I have been very pleased with it. A real pleasure to ride and torque you would not believe. Ride it every chance I get."

    Andy Minden, NV

  • "Five Star Dealership!"

    Jim Sun Valley, NV

  • "I met Mark about 5 years ago at Street Vibrations, and found him Honest and a Real Man of his word, I am A Motorcycle Dealer here in Calif. and know a lot of people wanting new Triumphs, I always call Mark, or Brad, I've ordered a ton of parts a goodies from them and everything came perfectly and right on time. These Guys know their stuff, and would recommend them to anyone wanting anything Triumph. Wyatt Bowman Owner Winton Cycle Atwater"

  • "A year's worth of planning and anticipation were on the line when, 5 days before departure to Milwaukee and the 105th party, my bike started acting very stange. Not Good! Brad had the problem isolated within two days and fixed a day later. We leave tomorrow thanks to immediate and highly capable attention to the problem. It is this kind of service that keeps me coming back. Thanks to Brad, James and the rest of the crew for their efforts."

    Gary W. Mammoth Lakes, CA

  • "I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first bike! Definitely treat you well, and helped me with all my questions. Mark even let me practice in the parking lot and took me for a ride on my scooter to make me more confident. Pretty sure my experience was as good as they come and I will recommend all my friends to go to Freedom Cycle if they are ever looking for a bike. Thank you for everything!"

    Laura Sparks, NV

  • "I worked with Craig Knapp and James Yuill when purchasing my bike. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying my bike from Freedom Cycle in Reno was a pleasant experience. Thank you guys. "

    Nick Reno, NV

  • "When it comes to motorcycle service, it has be done right. That is where the Yuill brothers enter the picture. Not only do they know what they are doing but they do it so as to impart total confidence in the "Yuill Brothers Experience". My 'Deuce' was burning oil and had some horrendous 'top end' noise which two Harley dealers told me was normal (I paid both dealers to diagnose: ''That's normal''). I knew it wasn't right and after Mark took a ride my concerns were justified. I left the bike that day with instructions to 'fix it'. Brad did just that! He found some broken parts (that both dealers missed), spent the time to remap the 'SERT', installed a gear drive cam and dyno tuned the bike to perfection...all in less than a week and for a lot less money than I thought it would be. That kind of service coupled with the friendliest staff around makes Freedom Cycle the only shop I will ever take my bike to. A big thanks to everybody at Freedom Cycle. "

    B.E. Brown Reno, NV

  • "I test drove a Rocket III each year for 3 years during the Street Vibrations and the people at Freedom Cycle were great. No pressure to buy and when I did finally add one to my garage to join my 5 other bikes they made the purchase very pleasant and easy. I had an extensive list of extras that I wanted and when we made the deal by email and phone they arranged to have everything installed and ready to go when I made the trip to Reno to pick up the bike. I have ridden since 1971 and have owned dozens of different bikes over the years but I am now convinced that the Rocket III is the best motorcycle of any I have owned or for that matter, any that I have ever ridden as well. That takes in most makes and models made during those 36 years. I currently own a touring bike, 4 cruisers and a sportbike but the Rocket III is the one that I want to ride when I open the garage door whether it's a trip to the mini-mart or a trip across the state. The bike is just "TOO MUCH FUN" and gets more attention than my 1977 308GTB Ferrari or my 2007 Shelby GT Mustang when I park it. So if you buy one be prepared to spend a lot of time in parking lots telling the lookers all about your new bike. "

    Ken Redding, CA

  • "Hey guys, just a short update on your awesome air cleaner I added to your other excellent parts for my 103 Screaming Eagle. On the Nevada State Hog Rally got tons of great comments about the billet air cleaner and boy did it smooth out and increase my powerband. Was great to see several other hogsters from your area show up running this great air cleaner. OK Brad, I see ya smiling--what's next for me ?? Oh and P.S. The BMW F650 Dakar is running great !!

    John Mammoth Lakes, CA

  • "I was looking to purchase a particular new Vespa which Mark said he could obtain for me. He delivered the unit to me in California and we did all the paperwork via phone and email. The Vespa now has over 8,400 trouble-free miles on it and it still looks and runs like new. If you are in another state and want to purchase elsewhere, I recommend Freedom Cycle. In fact, I am considering purchasing another new Vespa GT from him! "

    Roger Monterey, CA

  • " I think I have about everything on my bike you sell and I am really very impressed. I tell every one in the CVO club and here in Mammoth to check you guys out."

    John Mammoth Lakes, CA

  • "When the 2006 Harley-Davidson CVO bikes came available I was one of the first to get a Autumn Haze FLHTCUSE and I was looking for a exhaust system as I wanted my 103" motor to be dialed in for optimum power and performance. I contacted Brad @ Freedom Cycle and Brad took the time to answer all of my questions and stated he had just what I was looking for. I can't thank Brad and his crew enough as I rode my CUSE up to Reno and Brad and another Tech got right on my scooter, putting in their Freedom Cams and Freedom Exhaust. When I left their shop I am glad that Brad said to hold on cause my scooter showed lots more torque in the rpm range that I was looking for. I normally get a new scoot every couple of years and I plan to have Brad and his crew "Hook Me Up Again in 2008" thinking Road Glide. My one word that best describes Brad is a "Perfectionist" I highly recommend anyone that is looking to get a little more out of their motor but still want it to be very dependable to give Brad a call @ Freedom Cycle. Awesome Job Guys!"

    Jeff Clear Lake, IA

  • "I had an anniversary Heritage Soft Tail, silver and black, and it ran like a top. I really wanted the Road King hard bags, so I had been asking around several shops in northern California but had no luck in finding someone who could add the bags without a 12K custom retrofit job. I mentioned my quest to a casual riding buddy who sent me to Freedom Cycle where I met Mark. Mark told me he could add the matching bags just the way I wanted. Getting anniversary color matching bags took what seemed to be forever, but the end result was exactly what I had wanted. However, as Mark had said originally, it wasn’t a Road King. Shortly thereafter, I found the smokey gold Road King and fell in love. After several long discussions with both Brad and Mark about performance upgrades, I decided to have Brad do his magic and make it a 95. I was not only welcome but invited into the back of the shop to take a look at the head work and learned that this was no HD kit. Heads, pistons, all that stuff was hand worked by Brad and all the parts, including custom Freedom Cycle pipes, were performance matched to each other and to the bike. I was disappointed when I picked it up and Brad explained that for the next 500 miles I could not twist the throttle past the marks he had placed which kept me below 3k rpm. It was a long 500 miles. When I picked it up after the final dyno tune, I headed for the highway and I could not believe the difference. Smooth continual power to spare. I was impressed! I have watched them do everything from dismantle the engine to adjusting the clutch and replacing the front fender. I have watched them treat my bike as though it were their own. Their attention to every detail, their concern that everything is done right, and their genuine interest in my satisfaction are a few of the things that set them far above the drop-it-off and pick-it-up experience. Freedom Cycle Reno is the only place I’ll take my bike. "

  • "I bought a used Sprint RS from Freedom Cycle about 8 months ago, and will never go to another dealership. The bike runs great, and the Yuill brothers were a pleasure to deal with."

    Cory Reno, NV

  • "While in Reno, four years ago, I needed a simple oil change for my '01 Triumph Thunderbird. I called for an appointment, and the friendly parts department told me to come right on down. On arrival, I was greeted by the staff and made arrangements for my oil change. On my exit a gentleman, unknown to me, asked me if I would be interested in riding his personal Triumph Tiger. This person introduced himself to me as Brad, part owner of Freedom Cycle. I told him no thank you because I would probably buy one on the spot. Brad told me that he never lets anyone ride his bikes, and if I would like to try it, I could. I did, and when I came back, I bought one off the showroom floor. This started a new friendship not only with Brad, but his brother Mark and the entire staff at Freedom Cycle. I visit Reno on a monthly basis and ride from LaQuinta, CA. 528 miles to Reno about 4 times a year. I truly enjoy my Tiger; however, 6 months after my purchase of my Tiger, I bought a '05 Rocket 3. Not only do I enjoy my 2 bikes, my Tiger around town, and my Rocket 3 for my road trips to Reno and beyond. Most importantly, it gives me great pleasure to have made not only good friends with Brad and Mark, but the entire staff. Even though living in California on a full time basis, I only do all of my purchases for my bikes from Freedom Cycle. Regards, Wayne "

    Wayne LaQuinta, CA

  • "A close friend suggested I call and speak with Brad at Freedom Cycle regarding dyno tuning my 06 Harley Streetglide. The story begins when my local mechanic performed the 5000 mile service and found that my spark plugs were snow white and the engine was tuned extremely lean which, if left unchecked, would cause damage, and it was most likely the reason I was getting hesitation when accelerating. The engine is SE Stage II from the Harley dealer with the recommended "download". Freedom installed a Power Commander III, which Brad recommended, and dyno tuned the engine. My Harley now runs and accelerates so smoothly that I can't believe it's the same engine. The interesting fact is that before I called and scheduled an appointment with Brad to set up my bike, I called the Harley Technical line and asked about using a Screaming Eagle Race Tuner. The advice given, and you're not going to believe this, "We don't recommend the Race Tuner unless the engine has unrestricted breathing for the intake and straight exhaust that are generally used for racing purposes only". Freedom is my personal recommendation for setting up a Harley. "

    Roger Gardnerville, NV

  • "I ordered a yellow Thruxton while still overseas this spring, and when I got back, it was ready to go! I had mailed in a deposit, and just on my promise, the EXACT bike that I wanted was ordered, PDI ed, then test ridden for me, before I was even back in the USA. When I got off the plane, I hit the bank, then rolled into their shop around 4:00PM. They even had just the right helmet and sweet jacket in stock, matching colors of course, and didn't even blink when I paid cash for everything. I was on the road before 5:30PM. It's quite nice to shop somewhere where they keep their word and want to make things easy for you. I've been to a lot of motorcycle dealerships, and can honestly say that these guys are tops!"

    Paulie Reno, NV

  • "A great store with a lot of choices, friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable, and an easy buying experience. Freedom Cycle is what all other dealerships in town should strive to be. First class all the way around."

    Craig Las Vegas, NV

  • "Brad, Mark & the guys @ Freedom are there for you! They have done service work on my wife's and my Harley's for the last 7 years, and everything that we have asked for, and what they suggested has made our riding that much better. I most recently purchased a Sprint ST ABS @ Freedom. Wow, what a bike, and again the suggested extras have made this bike my "sports car", and my first choice for running errands in town. It is a pleasure knowing that Freedom Cycle will put your satisfaction and needs ahead of selling you something that you do not need, or is not the best choice for your bike. The toughest decision you'll make is what extra you'll want first!"

    Bret Sparks, NV

  • "I also have purchased two TPD trailers from Freedom. I started with a 2 bike trailer that I customized the inside for my two Harleys, with the help of the Yuill brothers. We set it up to haul 2 baggers or 2 sport bikes. I used this trailer to store our two Harleys, when garage space was limited. My wife and I decided that we wanted to have a bigger trailer, so we could take along friends on longer trips, so Mark helped sell the 2 bike trailer (on consignment), and ordered us a 4 bike trailer, which we set up with custom wheel chocks, tie down tracks, etc. This trailer is awesome, and we have made several trips, Laughlin, Las Vegas, Half Moon Bay, and the trailer pulls straight and true, and the other vehicles following say it allows for a pretty decent draft, if they can keep up with us!"

    Bret Sparks, NV

  • "You guys have been very responsive and fair to both myself and my wife. I would recommend your products and service to anyone and have."

    Daryl Carson City, NV

  • When I recently purchased my 2007 F4R in Las Vegas and headed north to the PNW, I made note of the nearest MV dealer to my route. Freedom Cycle in Reno, NV was the closest and I wound up stopping there to buy a Dzus fastener that I discovered was missing from my belly fairing. Billy in Parts was great to deal with and told me he would be happy to ship any parts I wanted to me up in Washington. I wound up ordering some oil filters, fuel filter, spare key blank and owners documentation kit. Took a few weeks to gather everything together and it all arrived today. Good folks to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to order MV maintenance parts from them again. Of course, I'll try to patronize forum supporters whenever possible but wanted to give credit to Freedom Cycle for the way they handled my order.

  • James and Crew: While a motorcyclist should theoretically be prepared for an accident, when the time comes, it's never anticipated. Therefore one cannot anticipate the need to be towed 150 miles, and have the good fortune of ending up at Freedom Cycle, and meeting you and your crew. If there was ever a "Silver Lining" to laying down a motorcycle, it has to be ending up in Reno and having you and your team create what should be the textbook definition of "Service". From the moment i arrived with my battered bike; Hans, Billy , you, and the others did more than i imagined to get both my bike AND me up and running. I don't endorse lightly. I'm discerning in the things that matter to me, and customer service is one of those things. It goes beyond fees and parts, and has to do with caring. That Freedom Cycle cares not only about parts and bikes, but more importantly, people is where the difference lies. Big thanks to the boys if Freedom Cycle for your efforts to get my ride and ME back on the road. The speed, the attention to details - even getting me to a clinic to get x-rayed - was more than I expected. That YOU believed your service was not out of the ordinary, lead me to believe that you are not used to what passed for service in most industries. The reputation of what the Yuill Family have had in motion for decades continues to rightly impress. I'm in your debt. P.S. The torn ligament in my right hand is still sore, four months to the date of my accident, however that hasn't kept me from adding 4,617 miles since I saw you last!
